Torrey Joel DeVitto was born and raised in Huntington on Long Island, New York, and Winter Park, Florida.
Her parents, Mary and Liberty DeVitto, have played significant roles in her life. Her father, a renowned drummer, had a long-standing career with Billy Joel, and her mother was best friends with Stevie Nicks.
